Great coffee maker for a shared lab space
I bought this Keurig K-Express coffee maker for my graduate students in the lab, and they loved it. It has been a great fit for a shared space because it is simple to use, does not take up too much room, and makes it easy for everyone to brew a quick cup of coffee. It has held up well with regular use, which is important in a lab or office setting where multiple people may be using it throughout the week. It is also easy to clean and serves its purpose very well. The price was competitive, and overall I’m very happy with the purchase. This is a practical, reliable coffee maker for a lab, office, dorm, or any small shared space.

Want my coffee now
I bought one a 3 years ago I cleaned it regularly. When I cleanedit this time it won’t turn on after cleaning. Doesn’t even light up. Talked to my friends they said that thought was crazy to expect more than 3 years. It worked great until that last cleaning. Did I do something wrong? Great coffee maker up till this so I did order another one it is on its way. It I need coffee NOW. LOL

Compact, Quiet, and Still Going Strong After a Year
This Keurig single-serve coffee maker has been great for everyday use, especially if you don’t want a large machine taking up counter space. I’ve had mine for over a year, use it every day, and it still works just as reliably as it did when I first got it. It brews incredibly quickly, usually in around 30 seconds or less, and it’s surprisingly quiet while running. I also love how small and lightweight it is. It’s easy to move around, pack up, or take somewhere else when needed, so portability is definitely one of its strongest features. I’ve had no issues using different pod options with it. It works with the regular coffee pods I buy, including Starbucks, as well as the reusable pod options I’ve tried. I like having the flexibility to use either prefilled pods or my own coffee without needing separate equipment. Pros: * Excellent space-saving design * Very quiet * Brews in around 30 seconds * Small and lightweight * Extremely portable * Works with multiple pod options * Compatible with reusable pods * Easy to use * Reliable for daily use * Still working great after more than a year Overall: This has proven to be a really dependable little coffee maker. I use it every single day, it takes up barely any room, and I can have coffee ready incredibly quickly. After more than a year of regular use with no issues, I definitely think it’s a great value for the money.

First and foremost, yes, it still works. No, there is no taste difference when using the "strong" feature. Even the brew time is exactly the same. However, it's fast, convenient, cleanable and after 3 years, it still heats my coffee to a very consistent 160°-165°f. The only failure was the "descale" warning light. Even though our city tap water is filtered, and I ran the descale procedure every couple months, whether the light was on or not, it suddenly came on one day, and had never shut off! I can only assume it's an internal circuitry failure. Normally, I'd have pitched it in the trash, because I don't want to 💀 in a house fire. But, it doesn't seem to affect anything else and has been that way for at least 2 years. I give it 4 stars for being a fast and consistent way to make a single cup serving, and I give it a "meh" for quality control. Also, I highly recommend purchasing the refillable aluminum pods, or even the disposable pods. Prefilled KCups are stupid expensive.

“Beautiful color, easy setup, and great coffee!” ☕💚
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love the color and how easy it is to use! I just received my new Keurig, and I’m really happy with it so far! The dark green color is absolutely beautiful and looks even better in person. It fits perfectly on my coffee station without taking up too much space. Setup was quick and easy right out of the box. Within a few minutes, I had it ready to brew my first cup. I like that it has multiple cup-size options, and it fits my travel mug without any issues. The coffee brews quickly, is nice and hot, and the machine is much quieter than I expected. Overall, it feels well-made and is perfect for anyone who wants a simple, reliable coffee maker without a lot of extra buttons. If you’re looking for a compact Keurig that looks great and makes a good cup of coffee, I would definitely recommend this one!

Very disappointed.
First, an introduction, this will take some going through, bear with me. First, I had refused for years to get a Keurig, as I did not feel the quality and richness of a good strong cup of coffee was possible. But I finally got tired of trying other methods of brewing, from using a regular single cup espresso maker, moka pot, pour over, French press... I finally opted for the ease of a Keurig mini-plus. Coffee was ...eh... I switched coffee brands, to what I feel has to be the best commercial brand. And the coffee was EXcellenT! About a year later, despite regular cleaning cycles, the thing just stopped working. I tried to take it apart, watched some youtube videos which just solidified the fact that the company made these non-serviceable. P.O.'d at this obvious tactic to sell more, I waited a few weeks, but went and got another one. Same deal a year later. Another one. This last one gave me signs before ending it's own life. I would have to run several cycles where nothing would come out... till finally something... drip... by drip... several hours later, the thing would start running again, only to stop again the next day or two. Finally, it just died. So I REFUSED to get another. These things are ridiculous, right? So I got a new French press. Coffee is great!! But... omg... what a pain cleaning that thing every.... single... time... I mean, really, it's no big deal. But, it CAn be. So I saw this thing on sale, I thought, well, it's HAlf the price of the other ones... and I def want something different this time. Cut to now.... This thing has SEVERAL issues that I don't like. First of all, it is a thinner cheaper plastic, and has a cheap looking shine to it. Ok, I'm over it. The plastic... I mean, can't they make these things with glass reservoirs.... the plastic reservoir has screws on the inside of it. I don't care if they say it is food safe... Plastic is also considered food safe... but that doesn't mean it is.. those are just bureaucratic rhetoric lies. But I digress,...So this coffee maker has an adjustment for high altitude... is THAT what ruined my previous Keurigs? High altitude? Hmmm. Ok, so maybe that's a plus. It also has different sizes that you can choose -8,10, & 12 oz. With the mini-plus, you choose the size by the amount of water you pour in. That means that this one measures what it sucks in. Hmmm. The mini-plus had the controls on the top. Easy peasy. This one has the controls on the side. It also doesn't have rubber feet on the bottom. So when you try to push the buttons, the thing slides away from you. Impossible to push any buttons with one hand, you have to use two. Even with rubber feet, you have to use two hands. I'm not a paraplegic, but it's rather stupid to have to hold the thing to press a button or two, or three. Which is what you have to do. It's just really awkward because you really have to hold it in the back to keep it from moving when you press the button in front. And you have to do that without touching the reservoir, which will pop out if you tried that. But let's get to the coffee. So with the mini-plus, the first liquid out of the machine, was dark coffee. As it was finishing, the coffee would be a little more clear, but not pure water. With this machine, for the first few seconds, it is spewing out crystal clear WATER. I don't even know how that is possible. But this, it does. It also claims to be faster than the mini-cup. I hestitate to say "brews faster", because it doesn't brew, Keurigs simply spew water into and through the k-cup, it's a pressurized system, not a true brewing system. And it definitely IS faster. And that's a problem, as evidenced by the watery coffee that it spews out. Sure enough, the "coffee" tastes like water. This is the 8 oz brew, mind you, with the machine set to "strong". I first tried the 12oz, and ended up pouring it down the sink. The 8 oz wasn't much better. My next step is to switch out cups while it's pouring out the water at the beginning of the cycle and see if I can get a stronger "brew". All in all, it's convenient enough. But it will sit on my counter, mostly unused, for when I have those really lazy, sleepy, or sick days, when all I want to do is pop in a capsule, and deal with the rest of it... Very disappointed. Perhaps if you live in a low altitude area, the mini-plus would work for you. I really do recommend that one above this.

Excellent Coffee Maker – Fast, Easy, and Great-Tasting Coffee
I’ve been using the Keurig K-Express for a while now, and I’m very happy with it. It’s compact, stylish, and fits perfectly on my kitchen counter. The Warm Stone color looks modern and elegant. The coffee brews quickly, and I love the Strong Brew option because it gives my coffee a richer, bolder flavor. The 42 oz water reservoir is convenient since I can make several cups before needing to refill it. It’s incredibly easy to use and clean, making it perfect for busy mornings. If you’re looking for a reliable single-serve coffee maker that delivers great coffee every time, this is an excellent choice. I would definitely recommend it!

Good coffee
I am loyal to Keurig as I think it is a really good coffee brewer, however, it is getting quite expensive and was happy to see a deal on Amazon so I snatched it up because my old brewer I’ve had for four years was messing up. It took several tries to get it to brew and then it started not being able to be shut off. I had to pull the plug on it. So happy I have a new one now that works.

Problem with electrical connections
This product is advertised on an Australian site in Australian dollars but I can’t connect it to 240 power even though I’ve tried two different adapters. I will try to ring keurigs number tomorrow to see if I can get any satisfaction.
