Received Defective Unit – Not What I Expected from Tanita
Very disappointed.Received the scale today and it shows “ERR” immediately after switching on.I replaced the batteries and performed a reset, but the unit does not work at all.The product feels very lightweight and the plastic quality is much lower than expected for a brand like Tanita. I chose this model because of the Japanese reputation and expected professional quality, but the first impression is poor.The unit appears to be defective out of the box and was urgently needed for work today.Not what I expected from a premium brand.

Do not buy this item. It's a total waste of time just browsing. I received this so call professional mini scale. Ultra precision technology. What load of horses crap. Returning this ASAP.

Not accurate after calibration
Not accurate and for 100 pounds you would expect it to do it's job. I tried it on different surfaces and after calibration and with different measurement weights. Was off out of the box. Waste of my time and money!

Tanita is the best
I had one back in high school and Tanita scales are still the best! This one weighs out 200g so I can tare a jar and weigh my ingredients in the jar without it getting too heavy
