Not screw-on, but I knew that from just looking at the pictures. They work fine. I love that they come in three finishes - gold, copper and steel.1 month later: I discovered why they’re so inexpensive. A lot of the earring backs need adjustment of the position of the hole. Probably still a good deal. Adjust or toss out the wonky ones!

I previously purchased extra earring back from a different vendor and when they arrived I realized the holes were too small to fit on my post earrings. I found these and hoped for the best. They fit beautifully and are very snug on the earrings so I know they aren't falling off. They are a good value for the money. I highly recommend.

The backing for earrings supplied in this order do not stay attached to the earring and the back falls off and you lose the earring. I am very disappointed.
