These wooden, beautifully carved, durable, different colored, wonderfully sanded, stained & sealed "rocks" are absolutely gorgeous and fun for adults, as well as children. They are lighter weight than expected, but easy for children to hold. Great quality and lovely to look at. The 1 year old doesn't yet know about stacking them, but loves holding each one. Educational in talking about the soft, rounded shapes, the different colors, the weight of each and showing how to stack & play with them. Wonderful for imagination and creativeness. Good value for the money. Love them!!

I am so glad I bought these. I read somewhere preschool classrooms need different types of blocks for enrichment. So i bought these little rock blocks for my <1 year old grandson. Right now he just likes banging them together and knocking them down, which is fine. But they will be even more fun later. First off you don't get too many, you get 16 beautifully bright, smooth blocks to play with of different sizes. They definitely encourage some creative play because they are all shaped like skimming stones at a beach. Easy to store in the cardboard box they arrived in. I love how vibrant and durable they are.
