The replacement had a different holding arm broken exactly the same way, and was dirty inside the actual case... Since the handle was fine, I decided to keep it. If you are wondering why I gave them 3 out of 5 stars instead of less, it's because the price is appropriate, the shipping + replacement was incredibly fast, and the product works exactly what I needed it for.
