How long does it stay before the color fades?

It doesn't.. The white hairs Wil appear with normal growth

Where’s the black for the non-Caucasians ? Asking for a friend

I don't work for the company, but I have seen black and very Dark Brown colors. Look at a package and see if there is an 800 number. I'd call them and ask where are they hiding the Black? Good Luck.

I don’t get a thick beard. Will this still work for me?

No matter the thickness it will color it. Gray to color or to a darker color.

Can you get a salt-and-pepper look with this?

Yes, just use lightly. I advise using lightly the first time anyway.
