How do these compare to cookinpellets perfect mix? I have a rec tec mini and have not had any negative experience with the perfect mix.

I also have a RecTec mini. I only use the perfect mix for most pork products. I use the ultimate blend for all beef products and my macaroni and cheese. If you've never tried smoked Mac and Cheese, it's wonderful. Both pellets hold temperature and really low ash.

Are they ok for other pellet smokers

WE have always used a hard wood smoker (Big Green Egg) and were a little concerned with a pellet smoker. These pellets with our RecTec Grill are wonderful and full flavor without being harsh or overbearing.

Made in america? rectec grills are made in china so i’m wondering if the pellets are chinese made.

Recteq grills are USA made in Augusta, Georgia, very heavy duty grills, well built. I only use Recteq pellets, they’re great.
