I think this is such a clever tool for those sewing machine needles that you don't want to get lost during projects. Especially if it's not completely used up, and still has some life to it. What a perfect way to organize and not have to worry about where you're going to put it until it's time for using it again. And you won't have to try to figure out what size it is by looking up the color. The pillow is sturdy and keeps your needles safe and organized until you're ready to use them again.

Although a cute and useful needle cushion, I'm returning it because the needle guide is European, not US.

After all, who wants to get out of magnifying glass and look at that tiny little printing on the side of the needle to read what type of needle it is… Because each needle size is for a different stitch and it makes a huge difference in your sewing performance. The time you save you can be sewing!

Bought this for a Christmas gift exchange for my sewing guild party, where the limit to spend was under $10. I over heard the person who got it complaining "who would want this?" and that it wasn't useful to her. In looking it over later I think it could be improved by being larger as serious sewers typically have needles for many different types of projects. It would also be nicer if it were more colorful. Yes I was embarrassed and didn't let her know it was me who put it into the exchange, so will not get it again, not even for myself.

It’s a nice size and easy to use. I just wanted a small item whereby I could keep track of needles that I take off my machine when I’m changing projects. This fits the bill.
