Well I read the comments and saw the pictures with low ratings about how it was yellowish in colour. The popcorn effect looked good though so I figured I'd use it anyway and use this new miraculous innovation they call paint. It was indeed yellowish but after it dries and cures for a day. Oh my goodness it turns white. I noticed the complainers didn't return to clarify that so I'm writing this review, which I rarely do. 5 stars. In fact I intend to purchase more.

I bought this in the hope it would help me repair a popcorn ceiling. There is no popcorn in this movie (or the product) as the product has no texture and appears to be massively overpriced cornice cement. Apparently a bot tells me I can't get a refund so hence the bad review.

Works great on popcorn ceilings! Highly recommend!

I once used a spray to repair a popcorn ceiling, and it was very messy. One thing I like about this product is that it goes on without the messiness of the spray. It is easy to target the area that needs to be repaired. The container was just the right size for the small job that I had in a bedroom. Make sure you do stir it well so that the popcorn is evenly distributed throughout the container. I forgot to do that initially, and the results weren't as good as when I decided to stir the mixture. I applied the mixture with a paint brush, dabbing it onto the spot on the ceiling. If you want to add more texture, you can do this once the initial coat is dry. I think the patch worked pretty well.
