You have to remember you are drinking this tea for a specific reason. The taste does not do it for me. The results are varied. This tea will clear you out! I will drink it before bed if I’m feeling very full, do note that I would not drink it and just go out and about- it could be bad news!

I've been using this for years. I like to use this when I got in a choke hold with a bag of chips or just plain greedy after the carb monster kicked in. Add some creamer of half and half if it irritates your stomach lining. Happens very rarely, but when it does (only when not backed up) the creamer helps with the acidity. Otherwise, love this tea. Especially before I go on my fast.
