You have to remember you are drinking this tea for a specific reason. The taste does not do it for me. The results are varied. Effective for times when you need to go but I wouldn’t go very far…if you catch my drift. May cause jolting stomach cramping and upper lip sweats. Not quite on par with colonoscopy prep but should you exceed a single mug…it is possible.
