This salt is amazing. I often use the coarse especially when cooking but I also really like the grinder with the fine grind. It has a cap on the end so moisture can’t get to it. The salt is more flavorful to my taste buds than regular salt. I was told by my dr. that Celtics Sea Salt has 82 minerals in it compared to regular salt having 12-14.

This is not a resealable bag. The description clearly states that it’s supposed to be. I’ve ordered this numeral times and this is the first time it’s come like this. I love this salt! Please tell me this isn’t going to become the norm.

The best sea salt for bread baking. Bought a different salt brand to save a little money, but went back to this one after my baked goods started getting a gritty texture from the new salt. Yes, it's not cheap, but it is worth it. I love this salt's ability to dissolve into my baked goods and give it a consistent, pleasant flavor throughout. This is the only salt I'll be using in my baking from now on.

tastes so good and the salt actually has good minerals in it!! need to find a nice salt seller for it though, the bag isn’t ideal aesthetic wise.
