Tolles Produkt & Super Kundenservice
Ich hatte mit dem Kohlefilter Probleme, da er die Luft nicht ausreichend gefiltert hat. Nach dem Kontakt mit Alice vom Kundenservice & meiner Schilderung des Problems wurde mir ein neuer Kohlefilter zugesendet. Dieser Arbeitet zuverlässig & ich kann das Produkt mit gutem gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Great fan and Controller
Good fan and controller. I use it in a 4x4 tent and clears the tents oxygen really well. Only on for a about 30 seconds every 15 mins or so. It's loud after the 3rd speed setting but can't complain as it works great

Mars Hydro Inc. has excellent customer service
Sensor cable was faulty. I've contacted mars in hopes they will resolve this issue.Im changing my 1 star to a 5. I honestly love there products but the inline fan had a faulty sensor cable. I had done everything they asked to try to get it running but wouldn't read the temperature no matter what. They've reached out to me and are sending a whole new replacement unit. I've never had such a fantastic customer service experience. If you haven't tried their products. It's now time you have.
