Alpine SleepDeep Ear Plugs for Sleeping – 27dB Noise Reduction (Size L)

I am a side sleeper so the alpine sleep deep ear plugs for sleeping were a must for me. I travel a lot for work so sometimes in hotels that are noisy, they are not noise cancelling but they do reduce noise. I like the different size options as it means I can give some of these to my girlfriend. They aren’t silicone but are very very soft. They don’t hurt when in which was a must for me.

I’ve been using earplugs for years and have tried most of the options that are out there. These earplugs are the best by miles! They do a grab job at blocking out noise, but the main win with these is they are great for side sleeping. I can lay on my side and experience no pain or discomfort at all. So my sleep quality has improved massively all thanks to these amazing earplugs. Totally recommend!

They're easy to clean, washed by hand and dry quickly. The silicone is soft and comfortable, and the tab tip makes them simpler to remove. They do not block out sound completely but rather muffle it sufficiently, although I'd argue white noise is better for sleeping. Or a combination of both

There are several things wrong with this ear plugs starting from Design > Durability > Price Design Dual ear rings is not sufficient rather poor design to isolate sound noises and its also major problem of this ear plug if your inner ear rings plastic are not within the your ear canals then this ear plug won't isolate and reduce any sound noises To have max noise reduction you need both ear rings to be inside your ear canals to effectively reduce any noises which essentially hurts your ear when you're sleeping I had ear discharge due to this design related reason and I will be returning this poor ear plugs not worth the hassle and experience For sensitive noise sleepers try ear plugs with more than 2 ear rings Suggestion triple ear rings is required to sufficiently reduce the noise problem also found in cheaper new knock off ear plugs how come with all the years of sleep ear plugs research never came to find to this conclusion Noise reducing gel is definitely comfortable while sleeping sideways however that comfort all goes away when all of the ear rings are required to be inside your ear canals to reduce max noise as possible Next problem is Durability of these ear plugs within a week of usage my sweat has managed to weaken the effectiveness or strength of noise reducing gel to lower value and has become much softer over long duration of use that goes for the silicone ear rings too and rewashing these under warm water 25-30C will degrade it even further thus warm water below these temp should slow down the degradation of durability and that's why 100x reuse number should be taken with grain of salt and effectively or realistically its 10% of the actual advertised value 10x is the most realistic out of my usage and experience Next one is the price of these ear plugs Economics of these ear plugs don't make any sense when considering the design quality and durability of these ear plugs Why buy this 1x "re-usable"("word" is doubt) ear plug when its much cheaper to buy throaway ear plugs which does much better job and much cheaper than buying 1x poor quality "re-usable" ear plugs I bought this ear plugs thinking it was and will be going to be good reusable ear plugs so I don't have to need to purchase throw away earplugs to trash the environment with more of my consumption but sadly that's not the case in reality due to reasons above

I’m not being dramatic when I say this but these ear plugs are life changing. They work perfectly, block out enough noise so I sleep all night. They’re comfy and easy to wear. I’m sleeping better and I’m so much happier!

I have been buying these for years, as they were amazing - but the most recent batch is slightly smaller than the old one and does not work and falls out my ear. Shame, as they were excellent before and now I need to search for new ones.

I’ve tried so many different earplugs to block out my partner's snoring, and these are by far the best. The starter pack is great because it includes three different sizes —turns out I needed the Medium, which I wouldn't have known otherwise. Because of the oval shape, they fit perfectly into the ear canal without causing that annoying pressure feeling, even when sleeping on my side. They don't completely block out 100% of all sound (you can still hear your alarm), but they muffle loud snoring and background noise down to a very quiet, manageable whisper. They are easy to clean, reusable, and actually stay in place until morning. Highly recommend if you are a side sleeper looking for some peace and quiet.

I’ve been using foam earplugs for years as my go-to for sleeping, and I have always been a fan because they are comfortable, reusable with proper cleaning with soapy water & air drying, and do a great job reducing nighttime noise. These Alpine SleepDeep earplugs are a really nice alternative and offer a slightly different experience. The material on these is denser than my usual foam earplugs, but they have a comfortable soft outer lining that makes them feel gentle in the ear. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they block out everyday sounds — they come very close to the noise reduction level I get from my foam earplugs, which is exactly what I’m looking for when sleeping. They’re especially helpful for reducing snoring, background noise, and general household sounds while still allowing important sounds through. I actually appreciate that they don’t completely isolate you from your surroundings because you can still hear louder emergency noises like a smoke detector, someone calling out, etc., which is important for safety. The included three sizes (small, medium, and large) are a great touch because ear shape and size really do vary. For me, the small size fits best and stays comfortable throughout the night, including when sleeping on my side. My only small suggestion for improvement would be the removal tab/handle. Since I use the small size, I find the tab is quite short, and without it, I would probably need tweezers to remove the earplug. I’m slightly cautious about pulling too hard because I worry the tab could eventually wear out or break, leaving the earplug harder to remove. A slightly longer pull tab or especially a more extended design would make removal even easier. Otherwise, these are thoughtfully designed earplugs. I especially love that they come with a small carrying case that can attach to a keychain — perfect for travel, keeping in a purse, or having a backup pair with me wherever I go. Having tried many different earplugs over the years, I think these are a great option for anyone looking for a reusable, comfortable sleeping earplug that balances noise reduction with awareness of important sounds.

My wife becomes a lumberjack in her sleep and can shake the walls with her snoring. I have tried almost every earplug out there and none of them fit my wonky ear canal as well as these! I bought the S size at first but they were much too small and if you size them properly they can get lodged in your ear which admittedly is a little frightening. The M/L size fits perfectly and I’m finally getting a good night sleep. They appear to be designed to specifically block snoring sound frequencies as I can still hear my phone alerts and the dog scratching to go outside. They are easy to use, very comfortable to wear all night, and are easy to clean, which you should do at least weekly. I now carry a pair in my travel bag too. They do become less effective with time (foam gets worn out?) and need to replaced about every 6 months, but a good night’s sleep is well worth the higher cost of these.

I have tried almost every single brand out there. Alpine are the absolute best in terms of comfort specially for side sleepers.
