WOW is the first thing that comes to mind after tasting this olive oil. It is definitely robust with a good kick on the taste buds, and the peppery back of the throat tingle. Love it!

Love the earthy taste and sharp smell . Drizzle of this over bread or hummus or feta is a delight. I wouldn’t use this for cooking it looses its aroma. If you love olives intense version is the way to go. Great quality olive oil. Little expensive for an olive oil but worth it.

I found this after watching Jessi & Alessio's olive oil review on youtube (You’re buying fake Olive Oil.. HOW TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE). It seems expensive, but I wanted to try it anyway. Since the best deal was to purchase the gift set, and I wanted to try all three, I scheduled a few meals around this set and made the order. I invited over some company and we put on a little tasting event the evening after it arrived. I was absolutely blown away at the quality, aroma, and flavor of these oils, especially after comparing it to what I'd "always thought" was olive oil! It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth every penny, and I'll always have this olive oil in my house.

I dont normally leave the review. But I have to do this time because of this excellent olive oil. The golden color, the clear yet thick bitter peppery taste is just wonderful, I have never had olive oil tasted like this. And I know the slight peppery bitter taste is from the high polyphenols. That is why I subscribed for the auto ship. The whole family now is enjoying the best olive oil and we all love it Thank you for the wonderful gift that God put on earth, thank you Entimio Instenso.
