Amazing!!
The only issue I have with this is that I didn’t buy two of them. I literally use it every day for work. It has saved my wrist from so much pain. The way my hand rest on it. It actually has a firm side and a soft side to contour the shape of the hand a little bit better so that I was impressed by that. very very high-quality. I use it every day for the last three years maybe four years and it’s still works just like day one it feels so natural and the support that I don’t even feel it. I switched from the mouse to the keyboard and one sweeping motion that I don’t need to take my hand off of it. The height on it is amazing so much so that it gives me a natural resting position for my wrist so it doesn’t pull back. It is just a perfect height.

Premium wrist rest for a premium price
Does as described. I replaced my old stationary gel wrist pad with this. There is an adjustment period to get used to laying your wrist back into it after typing but I can definitely say my wrist isn't as sore nor has that tingly carpal tunnel sensation came back after a heavy gaming session. Glides pretty smoothly on my mousepad but I'm not sure how it is on cloth pads. Worth the investment if you have the money to spend on it. Also the packaging definitely feels luxurious.

Beautiful design, noticeably less wrist pain
-Packaging: Simply amazing. The packaging material was great and the box has a nice sliding mechanism. Thoughtful. The box comes with instructions, a bunch of QR codes on the box for more details, and a nice carrying case. -The item: Very low profile and gorgeous design. The item is made of durable material. The 'cushions' on the top side are very comfy, especially around the areas of the wrist that will carry most of your hand's weight. The bottom is designed so that your hand can glide along with your mouse with minimal friction (using with fabric mouse pad). -Uses: 1. Work: it is a must-have if you have an office job. I have been using mine for a few days at work and I feel much less pain in my wrist. 2. Gaming: It does get a while to get used to it, but after a while the movement becomes natural and you won't notice the Carpio Just like with using it for work, you will not feel wrist pain after long gaming sessions. I believe my aim in fps games got just a bit better while using the item. Or hey, sometimes my opponent is just not having a really good day. Cons: 1. A bit overpriced. It may have taken a lot of research and design to come up with the product, but I would have been a lot happier if I had paid just a little less for the product. However, it does beat the competition in both, design and comfort. 2. Using the Carpio is pleasant most of the time, as long as your hand does not leave it, but as soon as you lift your hand off the Carpio it takes too long to find the sweet spot again. The box says it would take two weeks to get used to using the product and I'm only in my first week. I think this will change the more I get used to using the product. 3. For con reasons 1 & 2 above, I think it would not be a good idea to have two Carpios (right-handed and left-handed) to use with the keyboard Overall, I do recommend this product and love using it so far for work and gaming, but I rated it 4/5 only because of how I feel about the price.

Is it really worth the price? Or hype?
I love the story of this product. I love that it exists and that many people find it useful and necessary. Great patent and marketing. Solid materials. Simple and beautiful. It does not work at all for me. It's the added desk appendage. The needing to understand it's position on your desk, in relation to the mouse. And the milliseconds it takes to to position and adjust. To me it increases inefficiency. If I position my hand - which takes a second - and then just use the mouse-only for a while, this aid makes sense. If I am bouncing between typing and the mouse with my right hand, there is a profound lack of efficiency built into the constant repositioning. If someone were to just grip the mouse and not have to reposition their hands, this is a dream. It's efficacy requires precise palm positioning. And achieving that precision comes with a certain amount of effort. Sounds insignificant, but in practice... This invention works great. Is exceptionally comfortable on your palm. Very functional in the right use case. Beautifully designed. Hard to give this anything but 5 stars. Regardless of my complaints about how it works for me personally.

Great assistance for wrist pain, but is it worth it?
The design of this is simple, yet brilliant for wrist pain. I developed some pretty bad tendonitis and inflamed tendon sheath from years of poor practice using a mouse pad that made my hand/arm stationary, placing all of my movement just within my wrist. I was skeptical of this device, but desperate. It appears to be a piece of plastic with a smooth bottom to glide over your mouse pad -- and it is, as simple as that. The box it comes in pretty fancy and superfluous, presumably to make the $30 price tag easier to swallow. It takes a bit to get used to, but now I can't go without it. Which is where the praise ends, because I'm currently using a knockoff of this on my work computer, which I bought a two pack of for half the price of the original. Quality is slightly less, but just as effective. Which again, is no surprise, because this is essentially a piece of plastic that you rest your palm on. I'm grateful for the design, but for what I can assume is the manufacturing cost of this, you can't help but feel taken advantage of. Recommended, but try one of the competitor's cheaper versions first.

It may hurt at first, but give it time
I saw an ad for this on Instagram, read up a bit more on their site, then came here to buy. As they stated, it does take time to get used to it. However, I did feel pain in my wrist during the first week of using this. It wasn't too bad, more of a discomfort, so I kept using it. I really wanted this to work because I definitely need a wrist rest but traditional ones didn't feel comfortable to me. I got this just in time for my vacation from work, so for almost two weeks, I was using my home computer most days. While I did experience some discomfort/pain at first, it definitely feels more comfortable than not having any support after long periods of gaming. The ergonomic shape works well for my hand. I have noticed that sometimes I unintentionally make short jerky movements, pivoting my hand on the rest rather than moving my whole hand and wrist. I think this will still take some getting used to. This is pricey, but I think it's worth it. I've used it for three whole weeks now, and I don't plan on stopping. Unless my wrist starts hurting again, but hopefully we're all good now! UPDATE - 4/24/2023 About a month later, I bought a second one for my left hand. This one took way longer to get used to; probably more like six weeks. I'm not sure why it was so difficult to consistently find that perfect spot for the left hand. Sometimes, I would feel a pain in the middle of my wrist after a long gaming session. However, it's been three months, and I rarely get that weird pain anymore. For me, these two wrist rests get the job done. It may take longer than two weeks to get used to them, but I think they are worth it.

Elevates your wrist
This is a great tool. No wrist pain day 1. It elevates your wrist to level with the mouse so there’s no backward strain. Takes a little getting use to but well worth no pain.

It’s painful. Not worth it.
I hate it. Period. Very strong feelings about it right out of the box. Gave it a few days, and not only do I still hate it but it’s very painful to use. The rubber material is hard and has pressure points that make you come away feeling like you’ve rested your wrist on the edge of a table for too long. I come away more sore using this than not. They only have small and large sizes, I think the small is too small for me? (I’m not sure. I can tell it doesn’t fit well, but I can’t tell if it’s because it’s too small or the shape isn’t right for my wrist). In any event, I am sure the large would be too large and even if they had a medium size I still wouldn’t repurchase this. Maybe if you’ve got some meat on your bones it would be more comfortable but as you can see, I am a very thin person and this is pressing on all the wrong places. I also feel like the center valley part contributes to carpal tunnel pain because the very firm edges of each side rested right in that area, not offering any support to the valley of the wrist, and therefore creating pressure to that nerve center and the ligaments. I don’t know why they chose this material, it’s too firm. Also, I think a better design would be a little tab from the center of it sticking out and then attaching to the bottom of the mouse so that both mouse and the wrist “support” worked as one unit when moving the mouse around. I often found that I didn’t drag the wrist piece with my mouse well and that it caused even more issues. If it were comfortable I would have made a little tab myself and connected the mouse and the wrist rest together, but as it’s extremely not even remotely comfortable I’m not bothering and I’ve already started the return process.

I loved the right hand but the left well…
I remember first seeing these products and thinking absolute rip-off and as someone who suffers with MSK issues, carpal tunnel is an everyday pain - I gave it a try, at first it was a bit tough to get used to but then it became life changing. An amazing product. Unfortunately I was riddled with a lot of adds stating how the left hand version also solves the problem when using a keyboard, encouraging to get rid of our wrist rests. So I caved in due to my previous experience. I was wrong, so I Delta. I would not recommend using this for keyboard, especially if your keyboard has a bit of height or tilt to it, it causes wrist pain like no other, so was utterly disappointed and had to return. I hope they go back to the drawing board with this one. They need to raise the height and also possibly add the space for two wrists that allow the rest to extend/retract.
