What fuse amp do i use for this? can i use a 300 amp fuse? from battery to amp?

No!!!! Way to big of an fuse! If u ever had a short for some reason it would have build up to 300 amps to blow the fuse. You want to go with a 100 amp fuse that way if it overtures the fuse does it’s job and protects the rest of your equipment.
