They are called carbon steel drill depth stop. Put one (of the three sizes) on the drill and tighten it with Allen screwdriver at the depth you decide.

Does it says which is for wood or metal etc?

The bits with the “fins” on the top are for masonry, paddle is for wood and sharp is for metal.
