Work fine.
I got this to aid in recovery from hip replacement. They are fine. However, I found that i did not need the strap on feature, I didn't need to wear the cold pack around. A simple large pack would have met my needs, as i used it only when sitting or lying down.

The Magic Gel works wonderfully. The two straps really help keep it in place while you use it.
