Oil droppers suck - both figuratively and literally. So I’m very pleased with these capsules because they allow me to both not taste oil based botanical infusions and to more accurately dose them. The quality is excellent and the price is very good. I’m using them to hold/dose a popular brand of botanical oil infusion and find that each body half of these capsules truly holds exactly .50mL which is why I bought them. So, all I need to do is fill to the top with a mL oral syringe and snap the top on. The tops snaps firmly in place with a verifiable click. No click = not sealed. So far, even at room temperature, resting on their sides, they don’t leak at all but I’m going to store upright in the refrigerator in a capsule tray for longer term. No problems noted with the capsules softening from the oil either, even after a few months filled and stored in fridge. Honestly, I’m astounded and happy these capsules work as well as I’d hoped. The manufacturing tolerances must be exceptional for oil not to leak at all from these. That said, in case of leaks, I don’t think I’d carry these oil filled caps around except in a dedicated container of just a few capsules. I haven’t had any leak problems whatsoever yet, but better safe than sorry. If this brand maintains quality and availability, I’ll never use anything else. They are that good!
