Does this have pass through ethernet? Our current phones have a ethernet in port and then an out so your computer can still be hardwired.

Yes it does. Of course, the phone must have power in order for the passthrough to work.

What is the power requirement coming from a PoE switch?

Mine seem to hover at +/- 2.5 standby and stay 6ish active.
