Total War - Pre Workout, 30 Servings, Boost Energy, Increase Endurance and Focus, Beta-Alanine, Caffeine (Watermelon)

I'm laughing at the mixed reviews. I don't think I've ever tasted a preworkout that tastes good. This tastes terrible (I'm about to buy the grape flavour btw), I hate anything watermelon flavoured. But man is it POTENT!! I am caffeine intolerant - Big time. Even after a hard workout, some nights I am wide awake. Ideally I should take half a scoop, but I'm riding on the high so I can come home, cook and work. Usually ear tingling effects are there. I take it just before leaving home. Overall good product. Looking forward (not) to the grape flavour.

took one scoop and i never drink caffeine , no coffee no energy drinks and 30 mins after taking it no effect , no energy or itch and tastes like medicine

Does the job of giving you energy nothing crazy though, but tastes so bad I let my friend try it and he couldn't finish it from how bad It tastes

Tastes like pure battery acid, with a side of that acid stuck in ur throat for Atleast 2 days

I’ve tried a lot of pre workouts, some that are up to the 50-60 dollar range. This one is by far the best tasting pre I’ve had. I got the watermelon flavor and it’s really good. Great energy for my workouts and I feel like it kicks in pretty quick for me. Within 20 minutes I can feel it and am ready to start lifting. Highly recommend

Defective product due to poor storage, DO NOT BUY

With a name like Total War you’d imagine a product like this would be intense.... and it certainly is and lives up to its namesake. An old college friend mentioned he used this and liked it a lot. I’d consider myself knowledgeable about supplements so I decided to check it out. The ingredients list looked legit so I ordered a tub. I read the label and followed their suggestion of taking 1/2 a scoop at first. I’m REALLY glad I did as 1/2 a scoop is all I need. This stuff is powerful, almost too powerful for those with sensitive constitutions. So pace yourself. As for my workouts, it’s compliented then nicely so far. I’m only about a 1/4 way through the bottle but am satisfied so far and would recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful pre workout supplement.

It was solid as a rock the day it arrived, I had to use a knife to break it apart and then put it in a bag and smash it up in order to use it. It does not taste good, but I've never tried this flavor so it may just be a taste preference. This is the second time I've ordered this product (different flavor) and it arrived like this. When I purchase it in store it's been fine...will not order it again through Amazon.
