Needed this for my APC monitoring system. I've bought several of this type and they're all the highest quality available. It's easy and a LITTLE cheaper to go with rubber coated wiring but it also makes that wiring less manageable, depending on the application. These roll up very easily and they look good too as well as being some of the longest lasting types of cable runs I've ever had. Whenever possible I always try to use cloth braided cabling because of aesthetics and it's much easier to work with and looks better, especially when finished. And we're only talking $1-2$ more in most instances. Every single one I've ever bought is still in use to this day as well.
