High quality bag, what I expected
I'm really happy with this purchase. I wanted something that would fit a water bottle, and this is it. The color is what I expected, the fake leather is soft to the touch while having integrity, and the hardware doesn't feel flimsy. The inside fabric is also of quality. My only complaint is the strap - I knew from the beginning I would probably change it out since I didn't love the print, and I did. There was nothing wrong with it, I just didn't like the design. I couldn't find any straps that were the same color leather, so I decided to find one that closely matched the interior of the bag. I decided to go with the ZOOEASS (Wide: 1.97"(5cm)color35), and I'm really happy with it! Edit: It's been a year since I purchased this, and with daily use, it still holds up! I still get compliments on it all the time.

Very Light
This bag is soft, flexible and very light. Its roomy, and spacious. Lots of places to hold your items. It has a large pocket outside with a snap closure, and a small pocket on the back that closes with a zipper. There is a zipper compartment on the inside and two small pockets. It's pretty, the black color is rich, has a pretty shoulder strap which you can change, it's a great purse for a great price!!

Great bag for everyday use!
My favorite crossbody bag. I use it everyday and it has held up so well over the months. I will buy this again. I get so many compliments on my purse almost everyday. I think the cost is outstanding versus what I see in the stores and also resale shops.

Style and quality
This purse can hold a lot. Appears to be well made. Came with two straps which is nice. Zipper closes really well and had no issue.

Poor service
Cross body bag arrived on time, looks very nice, but unusable as the strap is defective, will not close and keeps falling off I wish to keep the bag but am told by amazon only alternative is to return the whole item for a refund, would be so much cheaper to return strap, very disappointed

Very disappointed. Took forever to arrive and was very unlike the picture . The return was not smooth either but did receive a full refund eventually
