Hi. Does this come with a clip to attach to my belt loop?

No, I suppose it could be used with a belt clip but it doesn't come with one.

This product says it comes with a heavy duty lanyard, but there is no information on how long it is. How many inches is the lanyard?

The neck lanyard is about 19 inch long. Thank you!

Are keycards able to be scanned through the plastic in the front?

In the Company I work for, the scanner works while the card is in the plastic.

Shipped domestically or from out of country?

I didn't really pay attention but they arrived ok .
