Worked great and would buy it again if needed, it was simple to install/melt

This worked perfectly for my customer who was having issues with a camera that was too close to the eaves of his house. The camera has a built-in "night light" that was reflecting too much light from the surrounding soffits of his house. I was able to get the camera far enough away from the house to eliminate the issue completely. It's adjustable and looks very professional after installation. I would definitely purchase this item again in the future!

Just what I wanted.

No instructions, no box, looks like it had been rewrapped and sold again (something that should be made clear before purchase) and the dome piece that’s supposed to fit into the end of the curved arm would not fit properly. I only managed to get one screw in place and only a part of the way in. It should hold ok, but that needs to be fixed. I would need a metal grinding tool to adjust the arm opening in order for this to assemble properly. Photo shows that the hole on this side is not accessible for the screw.

Purchased the camera mount with the 12-inch arm to reach over my according shutters. Good metal mount, sturdy and easy to install. mounted with tap con screws into concrete. Very happy with this product.

Pay attention to the negative reviews; the photos and reviews are all true, I swear. If I didn't have a rubber mallet, I would have been sending this back. But since I did have one, I fixed the warped pipe even though I should have mailed this back. There was no instruction on what screw went where. I didn't even know there were screws that came with it because of the way this was wrapped in the plastic it was mailed in. It was mummified. When I opened it up, all the screws flew everywhere. Luckily, I found them, and I figured out how to put it together and put it up, and I am using it. But no one should go through this much stress to put something together or to put it up. I think I'm also going to look for another one that is much better than this garbage waste.

Works great and worked with Chinese made camera. Comes with multiple mounting positions and it is lightweight but durable. Gave me the angle my customer wanted to turn the camera back toward the building.

Worked but no matter how much I tightened it up, it had a 'droop' which let it drop a few degrees from 90. I had to compensate by wedging the camera mount. Otherwise, no issues. Used a fisheye so it was somewhat noticeable until the shim.

Does a great job displacing your camera out from a wall or post. Sturdy construction, telescopic. I use with ptz camera from reolink. I gave only 4 stars for one reason. Every once in a while I have to reset the camera and for me to do so I need to fully disassemble it to get to the reset switch which is a real pain

Me parece un buen soporte, sólido y duradero (aunque habrá que verlo con el tiempo). Elegí este con forma de "L" por la ubicación de mi cámara de seguridad y el ángulo que necesitaba cubrir. Lo que me gusta es que el brazo se ajusta a diferentes longitudes. Lo que creo que se podría mejorar, es que no es tan universal como parece, ya que las ranuras del soporte circular de la cámara no coinciden conlos orificios de la base de la misma, y éso que es una cámara bastante común (Tapo C500); por lo que tuve que comprar bridas metálicas para poder sujetarla. Sin embargo, no había una opción más adecuada en Amazon.

These are a little pricey for what they are, but they get the job done. The metal is fairly low gauge, the finish is adequate and while everything lines up for assembly, the machining is a bit sloppy. I’m using them with some Reolink IP cameras and they attached without issue, but it would have been nice to has some indexing reference points because it’s hard to remember how the mounting plate will attach to the arm when trying to attach the camera. I needed these to hold my cameras further away from my brick wall to reduce the IR light glare at night and they accomplish that fine. Just taking a star off because I don’t feel the price ($35) is reflective of the quality for a fairly simple piece of metal.

It will be a pain to send this back and get a new one. I haven't installed it yet but I'm annoyed I got a used product that is scratched up. Manufacturer should refund me a portion of the cost.
