Works well! Yes. you have to wait till it dissolves. But, who cares. put it in ice cold water and it’s delicious! I do landscaping and it’s a game changer for me. You can tell within 30 minutes of drinking it.

I really like these tablets. I bought the Nuun Hydration Vitamins to give my water a little flavor. They taste good in almost any dilution. Sometimes I put them in 16oz, sometimes I put one in for 32oz. Blueberry Pomegranate is my favorite. The first time I bought them, I purchased teh variety pack.. The second time I just purchased the larger Blueberry Pomegranate pack. I seem to always be dehydrated, and if I know I'm sweating a lot, I drink more. But then I feel like I get an electrolyte imbalance. So I will mix this in with my water. Not only does it taste better, but it helps balance out all the water I drank without it. My complaints are: The price, seems a bit high to me, but bearable. My other two complaints is why it doesn't get 5 stars. My biggest complaint is the odd form factor. The tablets are too big to fit in the mouth of a standard water bottle. That means I have to break them in half every time. This makes a mess and leaves your fingers sticky. The second more minor complaint is how long it takes to dissolve. In cold water, you are waiting 5+ minutes for it to dissolve completely. And you do NOT want to swallow tablet fragments. They are very scratchy in your throat! Many times I just crush the tablet before I put it in the water. Then it's ready to drink in 30 seconds, but that makes an even bigger mess than breaking it in half! It would be great if they came out with a powder version of these tablets. I bet the packaging would be cheaper too. That plastic tube with the desiccant built into the top can't be too cheap. Until then, I will continue buying the tablets.

Nuun is my go-to hydration supplement. The cost is great and the flavors taste great. I am not looking for sugary supplements.

I have Crohn’s disease and get dehydrated easily, so I was looking for a drink that can help keep me hydrated. I bought these flavors specifically because other people said they had the best taste. These have helped with keeping me hydrated so much! The flavors are not amazing, but definitely good enough to drink when I need to. I’ve tried other drinks and couldn’t even get them down. I actually only use 8 oz of water with each tablet because I think it tastes too watered down with 16 oz. I know, it’s a little counter-productive, but it’s better to get all the vitamins in half the water than none of the vitamins because I won’t drink it because I don’t like the taste. I’d recommend these to anyone who has trouble drinking plain water and keeping hydrated. All of the flavors in the variety pack are decent, I can’t think of any one of them I’d throw out because I wouldn’t drink it, though the tangerine lime is my favorite!

I give these 3 stars for the healthy ingredients supplying me with daily vitamins and electrolytes , however they taste awful…the strawberry had only a hint of flavor and it was a very sour flavor, not sweet. Very disappointing.

These look awful, stick together and take forever to dissolve. They would perhaps be more useful for geolgy teachers who want to simulate the dissolution of minerals over geological timescales. Taste is bad, but could just be because they have no fizz.
