It will definitly not come out, the are locked on both sides of the battery. However it is a soft click so you just need to make sure you click it all the way in.

That's a very good question at the answer your properly I'm using a quick charger as it will charge all my six batteries at one time or should I say all for batteries at one time and then I charge the extra two. These are professional batteries they're not toys and you must've bothered by DJI is recommendations. I've had these batteries over here now and they perform flawlessly.
