The best headset I've used by a long shot
When purchasing my quest I bought the elite strap and it was pretty awful. I tried a few that friends have purchased and found them to be much better. This product was highly recommended online and I definitely wanted to add a battery pack so I bought it. Initially I absolutely hated it! It wasn't what I was used to, I felt like it was going to fall off my head with the slightest movement and I couldn't get a good fit or view. I looked online to see what I was doing wrong, I read articles and watched videos all about how to wear a headstrap, feeling like an idiot! But perseverance pays off, I found the correct way to wear it for me. Now I can't play VR without it. The counterweight provided by the battery pack has completely eliminated my neck pain and I haven't had to worry about battery power once since user this battery pack. The faceplate is breathable and comfortable and doesn't soak up all the gross sweat (buy sweat facemasks!!). I also love that I can tilt the front up to quickly check my phone or grab a drink! The battery packs are magnetic and you can buy more if you're spending 5+ hours playing continuously. I highly recommend this headstrap and battery pack to all my friends and family who are interested in the oculus. Its far superior to anything meta sell/provide and the best value and design on the market in my opinion.

Very comfortable and customizable, unbeatable value for money!
Simply great! Headset can be moved closer or further from the face on rails for a crystal clear picture and no god rays (a bit of trial and error but great in the end) - a must since with the original strap everything was blurry unless I used the glasses spacer/insert. It's a proper halo strap without the ever-shifting-and-sliding-unless-you're-bald top strap, so headset is held securely against your forehead, sides and back of your head, instead being squeezed into your face. Padding is VERY comfortable, doesn't make you sweat and is easy to wash. The battery balances the headset really well, too, I had no more neck strain even after a few hours! One battery adds around 2.5h and swapping on magnets is really easy, magnets are strong and didn't budge even in intense VR apps.

Amazing headstrap
This headstrap is comfortable because the weight of the headset is spread over a much larger surface area compared to the stock strap. There is a lot of adjustability to the strap to fir your head just right, when it does, it feels great. The battery is the main selling point of the M2 Pro over the standard M2, it has a capacity of 5200mah (for reference, the Quest 2 has a battery size of 3640mah) that will significantly extent your play time. The battery also serves as a counter weight to keep the weight of the headset balanced, and it really does help to keep your head up. I have heard online that there may be a possibility that the battery will be advalible to be purchased on its own, this will mean that when the battery does eventually reduce in capacity over time, you can simply replace it with a new one. The only thing I have against the design is that you cannot replace the USB cable that bridges the battery to the headset, but its not a big problem. This strap is a good investment if you want to improve your comfort and extend your playtime.

Must-have Meta Quest accessory - note this is for Quest 2
Fantastic device. It provides a much stronger and more comfortable headset fit. At the same time it give you extra battery power, transforming your usage of Meta Quest. If you spend extra on an additional battery, plus charging dock then you unlock 'unlimited' usage of the Quest 3, as you can always be charging one battery while using the other (or the device's own battery). I got this for my Quest 3 by mistake (my mistake for not reading it carefully), but found you could get a Quest 2 to Quest 3 adaptor! Thanks to Amazon that arrived the next morning and it was easy to fit the adaptor kit. I now have this running perfectly on my Quest 3 and could not be happier. The Quest 3 has been used by a range of people aged 7 to 70 and everyone was able to adjust it to fit their head and provide comfort. Glasses wearers were also comfortable with this device. Highly recommended add on.

Great halo headset + battery combo with some minor caveats
This is a great halo headset with battery for the Quest 2. It's easy to attach but I found that you need to make sure the forehead strap gap is around the 1-1.5 cm as is states (dependent on your head size) or it won't sit on your head properly. This can make the image blurry, as the lenses aren't lined up correctly with your eyes. I saw someone complaining about this in a review below and they gave 1 star, when really all they had to do was adjust the forehead strap distance correctly. Other than that it fits securely and doesn't press on your face/forehead like a normal strap, as being a halo the weight is above rather than pressure from the front and rear and is also balanced well with the battery. The battery is decent enough, attaching easily via a strong magnet. I found life is variable and as I mainly play PCVR via Quest 2, probably uses slightly more power, so I get around 2 hours or so, switching over to the native battery once expired, giving me around 3.5 hours all told. It could do with a warning to alert of low charge, as you won't know when it's flat without visibly checking. That brings me to charging. Once the battery is completely dead it takes a long time to charge, almost 4 hours on occasion which is far longer than it lasts and I'm using the official Oculus/Meta charging brick to charge it. If it's not fully depleted it's only around 2 or 3 hours, but still, it takes ages to charge, so be prepared to wait. You can also passivley charge the headset at the same time, by plugging the battery in to charge separately first and then attaching it to the headset after. Build quality seems good, but as it's quite large, you will no doubt need the C2 case for it. Overall it's a good buy, but not cheap if you get it with the case, which you will inevitably need. I managed to get both in a "flash sale" which made much better value.

This is the one to buy
I replaced my Aubika headstrap with the bobo because after heavy use the aubika battery had gone bad, and can't be replaced, making it a bad purchase for me. I now have a bobo for both the Quest 2 and Quest 3 - both are the same except for the fittings to the unit (because capitalism, meta's fault). I've no idea how long the batteries will live, but I don't really care because I can buy more (and currently can interchange the two I have for unlimited time spent, because the Q2 version and Q3 version have the exact same battery). It's really easy to swap them out with the headset on - properly strong magnets attach the battery to the back of the unit. The bobo is brilliantly comfortable, once you've figured out how to make it so - get the Quest in position, push front prongs down onto head, move the back down low at the back of your head, tighten enough to avoid the sideways movement. The bobo does have a bit more wobble when you move your head left to right than with other straps, because of the joint in the middle of the arm - but like I say, just tighten enough - it's nice soft padding. Get this one. Don't bother looking further. It's this one.

This head strap is almost perfect.
I've bought them all, Index, Rift, Rift S, CV1, Pimax, Pico 4, G2, Vive, and loads of others. But when it comes to VR I just can't help but pick up my tried, tested, and trusted Quest 2. The only thing that lets it down is the standard head strap (a.k.a the cr*p strap). It's not great, so what does one do? Finds a better one. I've tried a few Quest 2 head straps out in the time I've had it and they've all fallen short in some way. Not comfy enough, doesn't sit right, too rigid, etc. But this, this BOBOVR M2 Pro... Well, my search is over. It's got everything. Comfort, flexibility, sits on your head nicely, and it has a battery that doubles up as a counterweight making your Quest 2 go from front heavy to nice and balanced. It's almost perfect. Why almost? Well, the price. At 64 quid this thing isn't cheap, and there's a reason for that. It's really well made, with some of the best materials you could hope to find on a head strap. The back head cushions are lush and come with two different options. One is a nice memory foam padding that just sinks into the back of your head (it's like laying on a pillow) and the other is made from some of the softest rubber I've ever felt. I use the rubber one as it really grips the back of your head whilst giving you the comfort you're no doubt looking for. The battery is great too. Doesn't last too long but it does add about 3 hours to your VR session which is plenty, given that you're supposed to take a break every couple of hours anyway. So if you're looking for a head strap that will tick a lot of boxes then this is it. It is expensive but I can say with confidence that I'll never need another one. I'll be using this head strap for the rest of my Quest 2's days. Enjoy.
