Are these sturdy enough to shim floors?

I believe so, I used them to shim my wall cabinets in the kitchen

Can I shim my automotive lift with this?

I wouldn’t use these with dynamic loads , you should be using steel shins . It also depends on the bolts you are using ie Hilti Kwikbolts and how thick you concrete deck is if I was installing a lift I would cut out the concrete pour footers and use l-bouts unless it is a 4 post lift then Kwikbolts would work

what's the length and width ? Are these used for shimming window installations ?

I don't have them handy but they are approximately 3 inches long, 2 inches wide. Yes can use for shimming windows.
