The mic is great, I've been told by friends and colleagues the clarity and sound is excellent. The RGB works well and is a good brightness. The touchpad for the mute on / off was working well, but a year in and now it's spotty. Sometimes it works, others it takes 5 or 6 tries. I don't use it very often, it still looks practically new. Would rate higher because I do really like it, but the mute button issue has become quite annoying. If I could get the touchpad issue resolved and working everytime on command I'd give it 5 stars, especially for the price.
