Hi, i'm connecting with a samsung s8 ultra tablet which has no headphone socket, how to i use+monitor with headphones + speakers but no headphone out?

You can use an adapter with usb, jack , card and type c or else outputs

I received yesterday this control mix, but even though i paired it successfully with my iphone & an android, it never worked. who can i contact?

I have the same issue, although mines connected to the iPhone but not the android.. did u manage to find a solution.

Audio is outputted by the phone/tablet you connect to via bluetooth so theoretically yes.

Will this work with air pods for the headphones and a lightning to aux cable to my stereo?

In order to split output you need cable earphones. On airpods it just split the sound to each ear
