You get what you pay for.
High quality straps made in USA. Really like that they come with a Velcro attached to keep all the excess strap from flopping around and they also include a nice bag to keep the straps in when not in use. Definitely recommend Rhino USA products.

UPDATE: Rhino reached out shortly after I posted this and sent us a new replacement strap - awesome customer service!! We have used this strap twice and it is already fraying at the end, making it impossible to feed thru the mechanism.

Held My Canoe in High Winds
I was transporting a canoe over 900 miles through rain and high winds and tried to avoid highways. When I first lashed the canoe to the top of my vehicle I put 2 straps over and through the car with bow and stern lines. After 6 hours of driving in high winds the canoe slid backward nearly 2 feet. It was scary and dangerous. The next day I re-positioned the canoe, attached 2 straps as before and used 2more straps to lash the canoe to the roof racks. This day I drove on Skyline Drive through Shennandoah National Park & then the Blue Ridge Parkway. The winds were worse pushing the car sideways at times but this time the canoe did not move! **Through all this the straps never loosened and were easy to attach, remove and store. I should have purchased these a long time ago because they are strong and make transporting so much easier!**
