Does this actually stick to the screen or does it just clip on?

It clips on. Secure and easy to click off. Only negative is that if you get moisture under the cover, the touch screen stops working. Mine has a daily click off and clean when I get home from the gym.

Is the screen protector really made of tempered glass?

I’ve had mine over 5 months and not a scratch and I believe there tempered glass.

Does the blue match the watch blue ?

No, it’s a darker shade of blue

On the Apple Watch series 6, does the crown move freely with screen protector on? My current protector makes it very difficult to move the crown.

I have found it moves real easily and I have quite large and chunky hands so you will be ok 👍
