First delivery was defective. It was not working. We have returned them. We received the replacement with good quality pieces. There is a suggestion that instead of metal piece, they could use plastic one so that there is no fear of electric shock.

Item is good but today I had installed it and the ABCD switches are not working. What should I do

The product is very good, it works perfectly, since it is RF, the remote works even at a distance of up to twenty meters, it works with a ceiling fan and three electric bulbs, and the device is properly fitted inside the electric switch board so that it is not visible from outside. The thing is, I like it, you can also buy after my review, 100 percent perfect

The metal casing gives this RF remote control switch a premium and durable look. Installation was straightforward, and three of the four channels work as expected. However, I noticed one issue with the first channel. Whenever power is restored after a power outage, the first switch turns ON automatically without any remote command. The other three channels retain their expected state and function normally. If you plan to control appliances that should never turn on automatically after a power interruption, this behavior could be a concern. Overall, the build quality is good, but the automatic turn-on of the first channel needs to be addressed.
