Just received from the warehouse. I had this same gimbal before. Unfortunately, it broke during the plane's takeoff, meaning I couldn't film for my entire vacation. That's why I had to order this one again. It is a good product. The only downside is that it is not fully compatible with DJI, because the recording button does not work with the DJI Action Cam.

Great value for money, well packaged, comes with needed cables, carry case, and easy mounting for DJI Action 6 plus others. A quality product with quick & easy setup, mounting and pairing with smartphone and camera. All 3 or individual axis control with axis lock, smooth slewing using auto or manual axis adjustment. Professional movement during recording of walking, stair climbing and hiking. Purchased based on YouTube reviewers and I would recommend or purchase a second unit for multi camera setups.

Good quality, I have another on for smartphones and they do work well. The challenge was having a cable to connect the gopro and internet the battery compartment needs to stay open and flop around. Settings for the gopro require touching the screen and most of the screen top is covered by the gimbal bracket so hard to access and the power button is covered by the mount so you have to take the camera in amd out to turn it on and off. Lastly is the controls take over the remote and phone app functions so you're limited in what you adjust on the gopro. If you're okay with all that, it's a good gimbal.

The unit didn't work as advertised, the camera wouldn't connect to the Gimbal. Took the Gimbal and camera on vacation, but became so frustrated with the unit it was never used. When we came home we couldn't return it because to much time had elapsed, and had to go through the seller. The seller has been so difficult to deal with in getting it replaced, at this point it will be easier and less stressful to just put it into the E waste bin. This unit is definitely E waste. UPDATE: 7-20-23 Sent the unit back at the request of the seller, 2 weeks later no response. Cost 14+ dollars to send it to them, so much for PRIME delivery... I wouldn't buy again from this seller. UPDATE: 7-28-23 Seller has told me that they are to busy to read shipping labels to replace the unit, and I have to jump through yet more hoops and send personal information to replace the unit. I find that very disturbing, so I spent 100 dollars on something that I no longer have and cannot get a refund for. Do not use this seller, unless you like frustration and incompetence. After rounds with Amazon, they told me the best course of action was to dispute the charges with my credit card company... Buy at your own risk

This gimbal feels nice in your hand… just the right amount of weight you’d expect without being too heavy. GoPro (using GoPro hero 10) connects to gimbal easily. Pairing was also quick and easy. Once set up the buttons and the joystick work as described (read the manual, I’m not gonna tell you how to work it) and I haven’t had any issues. Gimbal functions smoothly. Overall I am satisfied, however I have 2 complaints : 1) the battery door is blocked with the camera in the correct orientation (but this can be fixed by inverting the camera….read the manual) 2) if the camera is inverted, the power button is then obstructed (just mount upright and charge gopro so you don’t need to access charging port)

AGGIORNAMENTO1 Ho contattato il servizio clienti che ha puntualmente risposto. Ho spedito il Gimbal difettoso in Polonia. Dopo 8 giorni mi hanno comunicato ti averlo ricevuto e di organizzare la spedizione del sostituto asap. Sono fiducioso, sembrano molto professionali. AGGIORNAMENTO2 Il servizio di supporto è stato impeccabile. Dopo il primo contatto, in 14 giorni ho ricevuto un nuovo Gimbal che dalle prime prove funziona perfettamente. A mio giudizio la cosa importante è l'efficienza del servizio di supporto. Torno a dare 5 stelle.

O produto funciona bem, todavia a maneira de conectar a alimentação da gopro via cabo USB não é das melhores, principalmente se desejar que a câmera fique virada para cima.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Für meine Action und Sport-Video Drehs, brauchte ich ein funktionelles Gimbal welches zu 100% kompatibel mit meiner Hero 9 ist. Als Limit habe ich mir ca. 100€ gesetzt, da mir die Halter regelmäßig kaputt gehen (was aber an meiner Nutzung liegt :-D Bislang bin ich mit dem Gimbal äußerst zu frieden. Das Handbuch ist zwar etwas schlank gehalten, was die Informationen betrifft, jedoch ist vieles selbst erklärend. Gimbal + Hero9 +Hypersmooth klappen super in Kombination. Meine Aufnahmen sind mehr als Flüssig und sehen echt klasse aus. Das Menü sowie die Einstellungen sind ebenfalls selbsterklärend. Die GoPro lässt sich direkt mit dem Gimbal koppel, sodass aufnahmebutton usw. direkt am Gimbal gesteuert werden. Der Gimbal selbst wird in einem passenden Styropor-Koffer geliefert, in welchem jedes Zubehörteil seinen passenden Platz hat und beim Transport nicht beschädigt werden kann. Der Griff liegt gut in der Hand und lässt sich Problemlos mit einer Hand Steuern. Die Akkulaufzeit ist ebenfalls gut. Mit einer vollen Ladung komme ich knapp 2-3 Tage hin. Ist für mich mehr als Akzeptabel. Die Servos arbeiten flüsterleise und geben weder Geräusche noch ein Kratzen von sich. Für meine Zwecke hat sich die Anschaffung mehr als gelohnt. Mit einem hochpreisigerem Gimbal würde ich jetzt keinen überzeugenderen Benefit sehen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a reall good quality gimbal and it works pretty flawlessly. First setup wasn't straightforward but we got there in the end, but once setup the difference it makes to video quality on the move is incredible. The handle feels comfortable, there are several controls at your fingertips to adjust the direction and tilt and it comes with a tripod if you want to set it up in a fixed position and let it track. Price is fair, quality is great and it works brilliantly.
