I've been looking for a good Szechuan spice to add to my stir fry . This spice is delicious! I've added a teaspoonful to several different stir fry meals and it gave a great flavor to all of them. I can't wait to try it in other dishes..... Also, I just sent one to my daughter who tried it when she was up for a visit. I highly recommend this spice!!!

This is a very versitile spice blend. I've used it in tomato sauces, on vegetables, rice, fish & chicken and salade dressing. I gave bottles to three of my children who also like it.

This is an excellent all around spice. I'm vegan and try not to add salt. This has a bit of a "kick" but not overly so.

Perfect for Chinese Stir-fry, or diced tofu dishes. I Love Spice Hunter Spices!

We use only Spice Hunter when cooking/grilling. They are natural, no salt, and very nicely blended. Ingredients in each bottle all go well together. I say this because sometimes you find that they put cinnamon or something gross like that in soup seasonings and such. This is a great product. We buy them by the box....We use the Fajita Seasoning, Mexican Seasoning, and the Steak and Chop Grill and Broil. We always several on hand.
