You know that feeling when the cord your work pass is on breaks? Not any more! These are super sturdy and robust. What surprised me most is that the heavy duty wire that retracts into the holder is OK to take through airport security (first time was an accident, now I just leave my pass on its chain). It's super useful and I would hate to be without my strong, sturdy, heavy duty holder.

This was I thought a reorder of an item I had purchased several times before. However when they arrived I could tell by the package weight that they were different. On examination the body is made of plastic not metal as before, and the steel braided cord is not plastic coated as it was. I have rated these 4 stars but time will tell how 'heavy duty' these are. On reflection the lack of coating on the cord could be an advantage as some of my previous ones failed due to the coating breaking up and snagging on the case when the key was used. At any rate they only last 4-5 months for me due to continuous use in the working week.

Great product as I’m using my id on a very frequent basis I very quickly became aware of the recurring issue of the cheap versions of this product that use a cord based system that they fail all too regularly. This product stops the issue I am still using the original purchased pair that I brought three years ago this recent purchase was for a friend who has been sceptical of the long time that I have been using the original ones.

I did bought this kind of product from somewhere else but this is really great. Light weight, good in reaction, thick and strengthened wire. Reliable product

I’m really disappointed with the keychain I purchased. I’ve only used it twice and it’s already broken, which is frustrating—especially. I spent quite a bit of money expecting something of good quality, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. Given the situation, I’d really like to return the item and would appreciate your help in arranging this. Thank you.
