My digestion is slow. I'm not getting any younger. May have developed intolerance to certain foods. I take one after a heavy meal and it helps my digestion and reduces the amount of gas. I carry several capsules in a small container whenever I go on a long flight. Sitting for many hours causes digestive problems for me. AbsorbAid significantly reduces the discomfort.

These work very well. I recommend them. They are easy to swallow and have a neutral taste.

I was so excited to receive this product because I read how it works so well. So imagine my disappointment when I received my product which did come in time but the product has an expiration date of 2022. Too bad for me because there's no refund on this product even with the seal intact. So be careful ladies and gentlemen when ordering products because if it's inspired it won't do you much good.

Update 2026: I've been using these about a year they work but it became pricey and I needed more than 90 pills. I use about 2 pills per trigger food so I went through them fast. They are a large pill, so I switched to NOW dairy digest for a 2 pack its a away better price and smaller pill size!! This product saved my life. This pill supplements Lactose & helps digest heavy foods! TMI : I was having stomach problems sending me straight to the bathroom after I ate a restaurants/fast food/home cooked meals. I was afraid of eating out for months. I had a reaction to grilled meats and BBQ food that we cooked at home. I kept a food diary for months shared it with Dr’s they did not help me. I was tired of taking pepto bismol for it to not work! These pills do!! I take one pill during the first bite and after finishing my food if I am eating a trigger food/diary product.

My wife has been suffering with acid reflux for sometime. Bought her a wedge pillow which provided relief. In some cases the acid reflux is too much that it wakes her up in the night. I read from a health article that these digestive enzymes may help her. She tried 1 bottle which lasted for 30 days. First week her condition improved with only 1 or 2 events of acid reflux. On the 2nd week she sleeps continuously with no events of acid reflux. On the 4th week, i removed the wedge pillow so she can sleep flat on her back and she has no acid reflux events. I think the wedge pillow allowed the tissues connecting her esophagus and stomach to heal which she used for 5 months. The digestive enzymes helped her digest her food especially meat. I am happy to see her sleep longer at night. She also avoid foods that are too acidic and too challenging for her stomach to digest. This allowed her to avoid any dependency on antacid medications which in her severe case did very little to alleviate her condition.
