So calming!
I like that there are 4 simple supplements included in this that really target brain function. I actually had to cut back to just 1 capsule daily. 2 was too much for me. I feel more focused and calm. I donโt think Iโve slept a full night without waking up multiple times every night for over decade. The past 2 nights i have slept all the way through and felt rested when I woke. I have taken l theanine, gotu Kola and holy basil before and I have felt relaxed but something about this combo and dosage really feels good and itโs calming my brain while giving me energy during the day while really giving me restful sleep at night which I havenโt noticed in other supplements. I feel calmer, less overwhelmed and I feel Iโm able to react to stress better.
