Delivered today, chose the hardback version. Very smart, lots of various questions ranging from in depth to quick fire ones. Will be great for all family when visiting Dad to give some conversational ideas. My grandson in particular is excited about finding out more about his Great Grandpa.

Brilliant gift
Was purchased as a birthday gift for a grandparent and they gave it back completed for Christmas. They loved completing it and where there was not quite enough room for a particular story they added additional pages. I can’t tell you what a wonderful gift this is. bought this for our grandchildren, I really wish they had them years ago before my parents and parents in law became ill or died. going to fill it in and hopefully our grandchildren will see what it was like in 50s & 60s love this idea

Amazing!
Purchased this for my 95 year old grandpa, was amazing to see him talk about his past life after just reading a few pages. The best Christmas present I could have got.

Love this book
Love this book, it asks so many questions you wouldn't think to ask or talk about. Allows you to reflect on your life and think of things you hadn't thought of in ages. We bought books for mum and dad (us as first time parents) and for grandparents and gave them as gifts for Xmas.

Disappointed!!
Really Disappointed!! The book is for my Grandpa for fathers day and it's covered in prints, smudges and dirt. What a lovely gift this will now be...not! Not impressed.

Cheap and cheerful. Don’t expect anything special and not works £5 let alone £18!!
Nice idea but the reality is cheap and filled with typos and Americanisms. Shame.

The Best Heirloom Story Book
My grandparents have it all, at this point in their lives. If they need something, they just order it. It's really hard to know what to get them for presents at times, especially something meaningful. I got the Grandpa and Grandma versions of this book because I liked the prompts that it gave more than the other books. This gift landed so well and was so appreciated that they wrote me two thank you notes. They cherish that someone actually cares about their history and story. 10/10.

Poor shipping conditions item turned up damaged
The item itself is pretty good. The postage conditions were not very smart as they were just in a cardboard cover must’ve got wet in the postman bag. It was Wet on delivery contacted the company. They didn’t even bother to respond. Very poor customer service.

Great gift!
Made for an awesome Christmas gift! I hope my 90 year old Grandpa actually fills it out so I can have his story in his own words. Pro’s: great price, nice format. Cons: shipped in a bubble envelope which could end up bending it. Mine luckily was okay.
