Helpful companion
I cannot stress how helpful this in conjunction with my textbook was. Are you studying for your CompTIA A+ exam? I definitely recommend this bad boy. He is MUCH thicker than he appears and goes in depth.

Best A+ Material Out There
I am currently enrolled at a state university seeking an IT degree. The information in this book is way more comprehensive than what my school has provided for the corresponding class. It actually makes me a little nervous about dishing out money for a degree. Mike Meyers and his team do a phenomenal job of explaining the current CompTIA A+ material in a fun way that provides a satisfying amount of foundational knowledge too. You aren't just memorizing test questions; you are learning about computers. Want to skip the foundational knowledge and go right to the test material?!? You can do that too. Each section is clearly labeled as Historical/Contextual information or given the 1101 or 1102 distinction to indicate material that you can expect to find on the corresponding exam. There is even a Beyond A+ header for info that may be too new for the current exam, but is good to know. Even if you have no interest in obtaining a CompTIA A+ certification this book serves as an essential manual for all things computer. As a life-long computer nerd, I wish I had read this book years ago. Now, if only Total Seminars could show me how to make sense of this OneDrive garbage...

Good resource but minor flaws
This book is well written and has a lot of good information, but I am less than halfway in and I have found multiple mistakes in the answer keys of the chapter review questions. Seems like a pretty easy mistake to find and fix. This book has been out a while and was not exactly cheap. Also, mine arrived a little beat up, but that isnโt on the publisher. That said, I am enjoying the book part of the book. Itโs an easy read and it covers a lot of topics. I havenโt tried the online content yet, but I like the book and would recommend it as a resource.

How to defeat imposter syndrome
I have the audio version and the hardback copy. I thought the audio version would be adequate for studying but my learning style would argue. Im a visual and kinesthetic learner so I need the actual book to learn. I intend to play the audio and follow along with my physical book. I feel this will help me absorb the knowledge better. I intend to fill in any missing gaps for the current exam. If I find this version is too outdate I will buy the 1201-1202 guides. The book came with minor damages on the spine of the cover. Not a big deal since I bought it used. I really love that the previous owner left their Celtic knot page pointer! I feel like itโs enchanted now and Im sure to pass!

Great book
If you want to pass your A+ exams the first time through then this book is what you need. Iโve held an A+ for many years but always like to keep up with the new stuff. This book does a great job of getting you ready. Donโt think itโs a one stop shop though. You must dig into labs to learn it all.

Great Book!
Been studying for the COMPTIA A+ Certification test. This book is full of things! I have been selft taught all my life. This book has a more in depth explanation and experience than I already knew! Definitely beginner friendly! Has a pre test in the beginning of the book to help you find the areas you may need more study on. Helps you get a basis of the amount of hours and months of study you might need to pass. Highly recommend. Good use with Proffer Messer videos on youtube for extra study.

Really bad
Sconsigliatissimo!!! Dion training su Udemy e studiate rapidamente, ciรฒ che realmente serve e i concetti vengono spiegati bene, qualche volta vi ritroverete a cercare dettagli su Wikipedia ma รจ raro doverlo fare. Dion training 10su10, questo libro 1su10. Non acquistatelo!
