QYTOYS Pyramid Speed Cube

This is the perfect fidget for me! I could never figure out rubiks cubes but this I understand 100%! The twists and turns are super smooth, material is nice. I mix it up and solve it multiple times because of how fun it is for me! Like I literally love that feeling of knowing exactly what I am doing and that rewarding feeling I get after solving it. It also helps me get out of my head and relax and stop overthinking. I also genuinely love pyramids and triangles so that was also great!

I bought this for my daughter, figure that it is not a bad activity for her to turn the cube from time to time and just try to solve one-side. I was happily surprised that she was able to crack this cube completely on her own (took quite a bit of tries and thinking). That gives me the idea to let her try the 2-by-2 cube next and gradually move onto the more challenging original 3-by-3 Rubik cube. It turns out to be a very good experience, exceeded my expectation.

It's better than the Rubik's cube version of it it spins very well. The design allows it to work well. It's actually bigger than what I expected and I'm not complaining. You can speed run this cube for sure it doesn't stick and is fast to spin. I got it from my dad cause he likes Rubik's cubes and he enjoys it.

My kids have been able to learn how to solve this pretty easily. It's a great stepping stone for Rubix cubes. However, the first one I ordered arrived with a piece missing / laying in the box. We returned it and got a second one. After a few days (and a lot of playing with it), it fell on the floor and two pieces popped out. My kids figured out how to push them back in. However, it's not a super sturdy product. I recommend it, but just know it might fall apart.

Smooth feel. Pieces sometimes get misaligned easily but other than that it was good.

A little smaller than I expected, but then again I haven't held one of these since I was about 13 so maybe they were always this size. Spins very smoothly -- like good racing cubes I've used in years past. If anything a little too smooth, it's easy to overshoot, but probably for those trying to really go fast and who are expert with these things that's a net positive. I expected a bit stiffer movement. Because it's so smooth it's not entirely to my liking but it's really well made and I can't say you won't get your money's worth.

My son says he asked for this because “his Rubix cube was lonely.” He also noted that it’s awesome.

This was my first Pyraminx I’ve ever used/owned. It turns nicely, I like the bright colours, I like how it’s stickerless and it’s very easy to solve. I learnt how to solve it in the first hour of receiving it! I would recommend this to others.
