Rich flavor, great texture, and reliable quality
The fillets are meaty and neatly packed, not overly salty, and the olive oil keeps them tender and flavorful. They melt beautifully into sauces and dressings, adding deep umami to pasta, Caesar salad, or sautéed vegetables.

As most are, pretty salty but as good as others.
