Versatile and worth the price!
Though I bought this for sitting up in bed, it’s very versatile: it’s great for elevating my head to relieve sinus congestion and for elevating injured legs. It’s pricey, but so much better than trying to keep pillows stacked as I wish. It’s very well made and just firm enough. I’m glad I bought it.

Head and shoulders can be supported as well as back
Love this pillow! I had one of the backrest pillows with the side arms before and it was super old. I read an article that rated the best reading-in-bed pillows and this one was on the list. My back doesn't hurt when using it (like it did with the old pillow), and it's tall enough when I lean back my neck and head are supported too. I've been able to use it when lying down to prop my head more when sleeping and have a cold. I like that the cover is washable too. It's not pretty but I don't care since it's so comfortable and versatile! It's worth every penny.
