It's easy to assemble and durable. The foam insert helps protect the fruit. It takes a little practice to get the hang of it. I bought it for a fig tree, but I would not recommend this for figs. The prongs tear into the flesh. I've tried to use the side of the basket without the prongs, but I didn't have much luck. Best for firmer fruit.

I like this because you can add as many poles to make it as long as you want. Usually I put 3-4 poles together to reach the top of the grapefruit tree, which is as tall as the house. When I put the basket on the pole, it didnt lock together like the picture showed but it holds in place just fine since I tightened the clamp tightly. The diameter of the poles is nice. It's thick enough to be comfortable in your hand. The basket is great. It comes with a foam pad so the fruit doesn't get bruised when it falls into the basket. This is so easy to use. I've wanted to buy this for a while and I'm glad I did. I bought one that is way longer than I would probably need but I didnt want to come up short if I have to pick fruit off a really, really tall tree. I gave 4 star because the bag could be a little taller to hold the poles better. I leave the basket attached to one pole and it stickes outbof the bag. I do like that it came with a bag though caise otherwisebit might be awkward to store. The pull string loosens and the poles fall out if moved around. I would purchase again. Definitely recommend this.

Sturdy & easy to handle while picking. Stable for picking fruit off the trees, the basket catches the fruit easily. Perfect size, but not too long in case you need one for a bigger tree. I use it for my Mango tree and it reaches pretty high over 9 feet when holding over your shoulders. It measures 35 -65 inches (adjustable) in feet it would be close to 3-5 feet in length. The handle has a firm grip and doesn’t hurt your hands. Great Value. Would recommend this item for sure.

The jury is still out. Honest review. In theory a great tool. It has flaws starting with design installation. Like other reviews stated it is a horrible experience putting this thing together. The instructions are useless so you have to look at the picture to figure it out. But even with that said, it does not hold together securely when in use. The metal clamp rings that come with it are not tight enough to keep the basket in place on the pole. The basket literally came off while 10 feet in the air and hung onto a branch twice. We then took about five zip ties to secure the basket to the pole. I love that there are multiple bar extender pieces to lengthen the pole, but it would be nice if it was telescoping. Would I buy it again after one day of use , I’m not sure. It’s not super easy to grab peaches without nicking the skin a little. Yes it will pick peaches that are really high up as long as you zip tie it to keep the basket in place.

I was a little hesitant to buy this because I saw some poor reviews, but this is an excellent tool period the basket is metal, it is sturdy and it was a great timesaver, I would highly recommend it to anyone, and also the price was quite fair, considering it sells for almost double other places. Despite what some people said, it did have a metal basket not plastic.

Absolutely love this tool. Needed it to reach my avocados and it worked perfectly. Easy to put together and lightweight.

Worth the money

If you have an apple or crab apple tree or similar, this works great. Now I can get at most if not all the apples in our trees. It takes a few minutes to get used to but is designed very well and is well built. 5 stars!

Espectacular, súper bien hecho y resistente. Coló cuesta un poco ajustar la canasta, pero una vez ajustada, sirve muy bien y cada tramo de tubo queda bien enroscado con el siguiente. Compré el de 5 metros y fue perfecto para mis mangos y chicozapotes.
