Why does it take 1–2 minutes to start up RGBlink mini?

RGBlink Mini series normally takes about 1–2 minutes to start, as it is Linux-based and needs time to load the system(Similar to Windows and macOS). This is expected behavior, and once powered on it will run stably throughout your event.

If there is a power supply problem with the mini, or mini failed to start, or the screen and buttons blink frequently?

Please use the standard power adapter. If the above problem still occurs, try to replace the adapter.(support PD 12V/2.5A and above)

Please disable the other adapters (except mini LAN adapter) on Network and Internet, turn off the DHCP on the settings of mini, after upgrading successfully, remember to reset and restart the device.

Can Mini recording be paused? If you stop/start, will a new file be created? Why can’t USB 2.0 RECORD port read U disk?

Recording of rgblink mini requires Tao Cloud subscription firstly. Currently, there is no pause function. Restarting recording will save a new file. To use the USB 2.0 RECORD port of RGBlink mini, please format your U disk to exFAT or FAT32.

I have no experience with anything like this. So my opinion might not deserve as much clout as the experts, but this device seems simple. Easy to setup and feel like great quality. I got a battery for it also as a safety measure so it won’t crap out if power is interrupted. The quality of the picture on the screen is excellent and really bright and easy to see even with all my lights on. I feel like I’m setup like a real YouTuber.

One of the HDMI ports stopped working I've been unable to get a resolution from the seller who is located in China, do not buy from this seller and I would not recommend this product. I've since switched to the Live Pro L1
