Why does the lid always pop up by itself?

The cover was installed in the wrong way. Correct way: grasp the lid by hand and rotate and press it into the tank. Please do not press the lid directly into the can, otherwise the lid will spring back.

Why was the storage jar broken when I received it?

So disappointed! Exactly what I wanted, bath the lid is split and rough so every time you open it, you cut your fingers.

Beautiful

I wanted a jar to conceal and protect single-use eye drop vials. This looks so pretty on my bathroom counter, and it keeps everything nice and sanitary. The seal is strong but the lid comes of easily. The jar itself is sturdy. Very happy w purchase.
