Awesome taste
A healthy mix of Green banana flour & Millets. Perfect pancakes with required fluffiness!! You should definitely get this if you are trying to eat healthier but love pancakes!

A nice treat
It is on our table every Sunday morning...it is a really good treat for all the family. Easy to make and really nice taste, you can change it every time depending on the ingredients you fancy each time.

Undeniably healthy high-quality flour but a little expensive for the quantity
This flour cost over £7.00 for the 454g bag which is sufficient to make about 8 small breadcakes so this would be very expensive bread. The flour is undeniably of high-quality, and I am very happy to use it for its health benefits as well. To make it last for longer I mixed some of it with my normal bread making flour to see what it was like. It made my bread much lighter and gave it a very good texture and my family certainly enjoyed the bread that I made. I particularly wanted this flour to experiment with making sourdough bread and it has the qualities to make an excellent sourdough starter so that will be my next task, but I know that it will take at least a week to get the starter ready. This is a great flour but at a high price.
