My go to potassium for over a year
Easy 5 stars from me. I’ve been taking this Nature Made Potassium Gluconate for a little over a year now and it’s just become my go to. I like that it’s simple and I don’t have to overthink it. I take 1 tablet a day and I can def tell a difference when I’m consistent, esp with muscle tightness and just feeling more normal overall. When I skip it for a bit I notice it, so I keep coming back to this one. The tablets are easy enough to swallow, no gross taste, and it’s never messed with my stomach which is a big deal for me because some supplements do. Also I trust Nature Made more than random brands and I like that it’s USP verified. No weird extra stuff either, no artificial flavors, no preservatives, and it’s gluten free. Not fancy, but it works and it’s been reliable for me. Would buy again for sure.

Real Deal. Great Deal.
This is 99mg of potassium from 550mg of potassium gluconate. So the pill is a bit larger than something derived from potassium chloride for example. But it's still just 99mg of potassium. Great deal. Five stars.

Good for helping cramping
I was having bad problems with charlie horses and muscle cramps, even though I eat reasonably well and stay hydrated. I was recommended potassium supplements when I realized there wasn't any in my multi. Started taking these and within a week or two, they went away. Big help, and a low price to pay.
