Sharp, Comfortable, and Perfect for Bread
This Mercer Culinary Millennia bread knife is excellent! The 9-inch offset wavy edge slices through bread effortlessly without crushing the loaf, giving clean, even slices every time. The handle is comfortable and provides a secure grip, making it easy to use even for large batches of baking. The quality feels professional, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite kitchen knives. Great value for such a reliable tool!

Super recomendo!

Our favourite breadknife
Cuts through tough sourdough well enough and allows us to get the thinnest slices compared to conventional break knives. The offset handle is the best feature. Knife blade is soooo sharp.
